Shipping and Delivery

GENERAL INFO

We deliver worldwide with the current exception of the United States of America.
All orders are shipped from our Warehouse in Blaufelden, Germany.
We ship all orders in the European Union via DHL or Deutsche Post. International shipments are done via DHL, Deutsche Post or UPS.

COSTS

Shipping costs per region:
Germany: free Standard shipping
EU: free Standard shipping
UK: free Standard shipping
International: free Standard shipping


DELIVERY TIME

Delivery time per region:
We endeavor to ship all orders within one working day. During busier periods it may take up to three. Delivery times displayed below are on top of this time.
Orders will only be dispatched once payment has been confirmed.
Germany & Austria: 1-2 days (Mon-Fri)
EU: 3-4 days (Mon-Fri)
International: 3-14 days (Mon-Fri)

Delivery times are guidelines (for standard shipping) only. Deliveries to remote destinations are not always guaranteed to arrive within the specified time-frame.
We reserve the right to delay the dispatch of any order. Sometimes further security checks are needed to verify a payment - this may delay an order. We will contact you per email if there is a delay or an item is out of stock (see also our “Terms & Conditions” (AGB)

TRACKING

Follow your order:

We use tracked shipping methods so you can check the status of your package. Once your parcel has been leaving our warehouse, you will receive your order’s tracking number along with the delivery confirmation via E-Mail. This will allow you to check the status of your delivery online. 

 

TAXES & DUTIES

VAT is charged on all orders shipped within the EU. Prices shown on the website include VAT.
All orders shipped outside the EU are charged excluding VAT. 

Please also note that any duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer. 
Unfortunately, we have limited control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country. 
The customer takes full liability for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.


Returns

We want to make sure that your expectations are exceeded. However, if you want a refund or exchange for any reason, please follow the instructions below.

OUR RETURNS POLICY

 If you’re not happy with your order, you have 14 days to send us back any items you don’t like to keep. We will provide a full refund for any items returned to us, if the garments are unworn, unaltered, unwashed and have their original tags and labels attached.

COSTS OF RETURNS

Free of charge: For customers from Germany and EU
International: Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

HOW TO ARRANGE YOUR RETURN?

Customers from Germany and EU:

  • Register your return by visiting your costumer account
  • E-Mail: within a few minutes you will receive your free return label via email
  • Print your label or use the QR code in the E-Mail
  • Prepare & drop off your shipment: attach the return label and take it to your nearest drop-off point

 International Customers

  • Let us know: Send us an email with the subject line: Return + Order #
  • Pick a carrier of your choice.
  • Shipping charges are your responsibility (you might be eligible to a PayPal return refund).
  • We recommend using tracked shipping. Please keep the receipt as proof of shipping.

Important - Ensure information for customs is filled correctly: Add a printed copy of the invoice inside the packaging marking the items you want to return.
Your carrier will provide you with a label for customs. Mark the field “Returned Goods”

We then send you an email once we have received and processed your return.
Please note that it can take up to 5 working days for your returned items to be processed and checked once they reach our warehouse.

FAST REFUNDS

Once we have checked your returned items, we will immediately initiate your refund.
All refunds use the same method of payment that was chosen for the original payment.
The date on which the money will actually be credited to your account or credit card depends on the provider of the payment service. In some cases it may take up to 5-10 working days to appear on your statement.

 

EXCHANGES

The fastest and easiest way to exchange items is to return all unwanted items to us (as outlined above) and reorder your new desired items as usual via our online shop. As soon as we have received your return, we will immediately refund the original purchase price.

 

PAYMENT

We accept all major Debit / Credit Cards: MasterCard, Visa, Maestro, Switch and American Express. We also accept PayPal, Klarna, and Amazon Pay.

SECURITY

We do not store any credit card or other financial information. All payments – including the optional payment information storage – are processed by Stripe. Stripe has been audited by an independent PCI Qualified Security Assessor (QSA) and is certified as a PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. Therefore, you can rest assured that your information is safe and secure.

Our website automatically selects the currency that matches your delivery location. You can change your delivery location manually at any time.
